The car wash machine is controlled and operated by a computer fully automatically, featuring convenience, reliability, high cleaning degree, good drying effect and low water consumption. It is widely applied in industries such as automobile operation, sales, service and maintenance. It is popular among major chain enterprises and is exported both at home and abroad.
Product Introduction:
The 360 contactless car wash equipment allows for free switching among multiple car wash modes. It has the characteristics of simple structure, multi – purpose use, easy operation, stable performance and energy – saving.

Six Washing and Care Functions:
  1. High – pressure Chassis Cleaning
    Dirt adhered to the car chassis, especially the snow – melting agent in winter. If not cleaned in time, it will cause the car chassis to rust. A powerful fan – shaped clear water jet is used to wash away the dirt on the chassis.
  2. Energy – saving Intelligent Rotating Spraying of Car Wash Liquid
    Combining the requirements of domestic stores for cost control of non – wipe car wash liquid, the company uses technology to separate the high – pressure waterway and the car wash liquid into an independent small robotic arm. It sprays the non – wipe car wash liquid in an atomized state, achieving an improvement in the dirt – decomposing effect of the car wash liquid while saving energy.
  3. 360 – degree Intelligent Rotating Spraying of Nursing Shampoo
    The robotic arm evenly sprays the foamed nursing shampoo foam, which is made through a special device, onto every part of the car body, giving full play to its function of protecting the car paint.
  4. 360 – degree Intelligent Rotating High – pressure Flushing
    The water jet flows into the robotic arm. The car body is cleaned by using a fan – shaped water – medium polishing method with uniform speed, distance and pressure. It cleans around the car body in a 360 – degree circle. One – time cleaning is equivalent to polishing the car body once.
  5. Bright Color Coating
    The coating liquid forms a high – molecular chloride on the surface of the car paint. After fusion, it becomes a hard protective film, just like putting a layer of paint protection on a balloon. It has the functions of preventing acid rain, pollution and ultraviolet rays.
  6. Built – in Quick Drying System
    Using a high – pressure fan, based on the jet principle, high wind speed and high pressure intensity achieve a quick drying effect. The entire car body is segmented for enhanced treatment, achieving an optimal combination of effect and energy consumption.
